I am delighted that ‘I Have No Secrets’ has won the Bristol Teen Book Award!
Year 9/10 students from 40 secondary schools on the Sussex Coast voted and 500 were present at the Award Ceremony last Friday.
150,000 children and young people all over the UK voted for this award so it is a real privilege to be chosen as the winner of the older readers category! As well as a beautiful glass book-shaped trophy I received a portfolio of reviews, letters and art work created by young people nationwide. I will treasure it forever!
What do you think of the cover?
The title means ‘A Small Miracle Would do’.

If you are 12-16 and enjoyed I Have No Secrets you can vote for it in the Children’s Book Award Older Children Category.
Delighted that I Have No Secrets has won the Worcestershire Teen Book Award! This is particularly special as the winner was chosen by teenagers themselves. Thank you Worcestershire – and especially to everyone who voted!
